Spirit Week

Out of the boring white shirt and navy blue pants uniform for the last week of school before break! Sports Day (Emmit wore his Hawks shirt), Crazy Hair Day, PJ Day, Indiviuality Day (Emmit decided to wear all his clothes inside out- including his socks and undies), and Friday was STAR WARS!

Blackhawk's Night at Winter Wonderfest/Navy Pier

We got invited for this special night by Omar. Surprisingly, the boys did not want to collect autographs so Omar's Mom and I grabbed a few pictures instead. This first player is Trevor Daley. (His 7yo son plays hockey with one of Emmit's friends.) This is his first year playing for the Hawks. Sadly, he's already been traded.

Soccer Buddies

Drew, Cole, Emmit, Scarlet. Emmit and Cole went to preschool together. They ended up in different CPS's but ended up playing soccer together. We have an arranged marriage agreement with Drew's parents for Scatlet. These 2 are adorable together!
