nature museum- lincoln park

once again, a little back logged...

here we are, my friend jem and i,

checking out polar bears, cougars,

and butterflies. they have this

butterfly museum where all kinds

of butterflies fly all around while

you walk among them! it's pretty

cool. but my favorite thing to do

was slide this stool around...

i like being ONE!

visit the cool quartanas

visit THE COOL QUARTANAS. tony, jen jen, and little nicholas have been up to alot these days...

this sunday, we started a swimming class at the YMCA with our friend, jem. jem did well and enjoyed the class but emmit wasn't having it. emmit has been swimming before and loves the bath so i have no idea what happened this time. he was playing with ethan and emily this weekend so maybe they wore him out. next week we are going a little early to get him acclimated before "taking the plunge." i wanted to take pictures of us in our first swimming class but NO CAMERAS ALLOWED. these photos are taken after the class at lunch.

last weekend we took a road trip to visit the taylors in saint louis. we had a good time there but, as usual, not enough time. we had some friends to visit this time around; as we had a lot of visitors from the STL area lately. micah stays in touch with a bunch of his old HS/friends. all of them i have gotten to know well- they are a good batch of friends!
