 in case you haven't noticed, we got these cool new digs. scarlet has an abnormality called "flop ear." if she wears these princess leia ears for a month she won't need surgery later. they need to "set" her ears before the cartilage hardens. we did not notice a thing- our pediatrician picked it up at our 4-day-old appointment and referred us to a plastic surgeon.
