manistee national forest MI
we went to MI last weekend with a group of friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. this friend is our mutual friend, jon. this was significant to micah and me because this marks our 10 year anniversary of the time we met. we met each other 10 years ago at jon's 40th birthday bash in jamaica. we were the "notorious couple" and everyone knew our story. it was sweet. ♡ Manistee National Forest is in the lower peninsula along lake michigan just north of muskegon. we stayed at Barothy Lodge in duffy's cabin. AWESOME WEEKEND! *** I just checked into my links and need to note: if you have noticed, they have remodeled duffy's cabin. see my post on the following page hanging out ***
